Deco Free Hand – Special Lightening Powder
A special lightening powder developed specifically for free-hand techniques (Balayage, Ombré, Shatush and hand-painting), designed to create soft transitions and precise lift without foil or additional heat.
Up to 5–6 levels of lift for a natural, sun-kissed effect and soft transitions.
Foil-free use: after application, the outer cream layer dries to help prevent adjacent strands from picking up colour, while the inside lightens the hair evenly and gently.
